- Add exactly one test function named test_answer_normalises_input to tests/test_app.py. It calls the existing GET /answer endpoint with the query parameter value set to the nine-character string consisting of two leading spaces, then the five characters H, e, l, l, o, then two trailing spaces; no double-quote character is part of the value. The test asserts the JSON response body equals {"answer": "hello"}, which holds only when the endpoint strips surrounding whitespace and lowercases the value. Do not modi [running]pending
